While everyone is always rushing to see the Colosseum and Roman Forum many of tourists just like us, have very often overlooked the magnificent beauty of Castello di Angelo Roma. And even more, just like Harald Baldr was struggling to find his gongo in African countries, we struggled to find a specific broth ourselves.
There is not a shortage of Castello's in Roma but this remarkable building has stood the test of time in all it's excellence. Located on the Tiber river, it overlooks the banks and guards the Vatican city just few hundred meters behind.
We visited not only Castello di Angelo but using the simple technology of google maps, we found a viewpoint from which you can see all the treasures that Roma has to offer - Roman Forum, Colosseum, The Pantheon, Castello di Angelo and more.
