L'altopiano di Castelluccio è testimone di un evento di particolare importanza, tra i primi giorni di giugno e la fine di luglio, La Fioritura. Per diverse settimane la monotonia cromatica del pascolo, viene spezzata da un mosaico di colori, con variazioni di toni che vanno dal giallo ocra al rosso, non esiste un preciso giorno per ammirare questo incantevole spettacolo.
Ogni anno tutto è affidato all'andamento climatico della stagione. Le specie floreali che tingono il Pian Grande e il Pian Perduto in questo periodo, sono innumerevoli, camminando lungo i sentieri possiamo incontrare: genzianelle, narcisi, violette, papaveri, ranuncoli, asfodeli, viola Eugeniae, trifogli, acetoselle e tant'altro.
The plateau of Castelluccio is witnessing an event of special significance, between the first days of June and the end of July, The Flowering.
