Duude great job! You casting the rest of the helmet too? Im doing a storm trooper helmet and doing it in 4 peices !

It seams like only the faceplate...(would have been cool to do the whole helmet). @MrJohnWicksDog, did you do your stormtrooper?

What did you spray on it before you put the sand on each time?

It is Demotex Spray - it‘s professional foundry spray to have less friction while removing the pattern from the mold. Babypowder or graphite would do it also.

You should actually describe the process , all this looks like is your pouring coffee grounds on a print
