He is the best dev hero of the entire game even for non-spender, actually especially for non-spender. You only need to buy royal prestige once.

@@tylerdurden2518 no Chris Du is right , castle builder will be effective even if you discontinue royal prestige after 30 days, workers guild is a permanent building once you subscribe for royal prestige
