To unlock rubber-handle sword, you can very gently walk to it from the down side, holding shield to prevent death by arrows, and find a safe spot very near to arrows.

You forgot that on the evil sword, you can get the necromancer with the sword by beating the factory place thing, IN INSANE MODE.

the barbarian ax can be unlocked via killing a barbarian, but it's rare.

2:03 another way to get the barbarian ax is to kill barbarians until they drop it

Castle crashers never ends because once you beat the game you battle him all over again and there are infinite more enemies so it never ends

You also forgot about legendary glitch sword, that are exclusive for xbox 360 version. You have to enter that... giant frog, go to it's end, and hit it. Maybe it's removed already, i don't know. It's gives 255 to every stat and require 256 level, but can be used from the first level. Also information that i gave can be wrong.
