Castle in the clouds | Cities Skylines | Europe 09

Күн бұрынHey everyone and Welcome to my series based on European cities and towns.
I intend on creating a very detailed build and as such, I have used an extensive list of mods and assets. The idea is to build three distinct towns all linked with a train. Each town will represent something i.e Tourism, Fishing, Skiing etc..
I'm taking inspiration from the entire region of Europe but starting small with the "Old Town" and eventually building into the first town, Gotsberg.
In episode nine I build an old castle on the hills surrounding Gotsberg.

Epic!!! The castle overlooking from above looks awesome but, the stairs... Man, that asset looks majestic! It's my favorite so far! I humbly request a first person view cinematic of walking down that stairs, please... Thank you kindly :)

Absolutely impressive build! Well done sir. If you need some more inspiration I would recommend to have a look at the "Heidelberg" castle in Germany. Your castle immediately reminded me of it. Great work and thanks for the content.

Just found your channel! It's jaw dropping. Playing cities myself for 3+ years i just couldn't believe something like this could be done! Hats down man! BTW: nice castle. It's from where i live. Glad it's being used. Keep up the good work!

Can I ask a question H? How long does it take you to build the stuff you do man cus it’s perfect every time I watch an episode! I know that recording the commentary and editing and cinematics can take time but how long do you roughly spend on a build before you stop?

I build for roughly 15 hours a week per episode. Editing and voice-over is done quite quickly as I love doing both! I try and make sure I know exactly what I'm building before I start, no mucking around!

I love these extremely detailed builds, this whole series is amazing! I just assume this series cant become a long series :D I imagine you already have massive FPS drops :D

Just found this series and it is amazing the level of detail and the technique you have! One question please, whats the name of the black door you use? I have some tunnels in my city where you can see walls and quays inside, Ive been looking for some kind of black door in the workshop but couldnt find it. Thanks.

The doors are in a pack by REVO on the workshop. I think they are called trainyard doors or something
