The second phase of second phase dracula isn't that hard to avoid. Only a klutz would get hit by him

@@tsuyune3443 Note:There's a TLDR at the bottom. I follow Dracula then attack right after he sends a bat flying at you. Granted, he's sometimes too high up to attack without using the roc wing so i don't attack when he does. If you want an easier time avoiding them bats, use that dss combo that spawns four spinning ice balls. The bats are big and slow enough that it's practically impossible to get hit by them unless you're heading for the bats at high enough speed. TLDR: don't be too eager to get a whac on Drac. Use spinney icy dss to not get a whac from Drac. Attac after Drac attac.

@@tsuyune3443 I don't learn the patterns of eyeball Dracula, I dodge on the spot. The main reason he hits me in that form is his sudden direction changes, not the bats.

I found if you use the cross and get the right attacks you can two cycle (maybe 1 cycle?) the first phase. But yeah I still have not beaten the second phase because it's so god damn tedious.

@@radiosurgery1802 The best way to handle second phase is to avoid all of his charges and then when the skull is use the Thunderbird summon which is Uranus+Thunderbird card which will do alot of damage to the skull without that summon theres no way I would win this fight.You can also summon the Thunderbird to avoid the meteor attack.With the summon this fight is much easier.

I thought I was doing something wrong cause it was the same thing over and over. Whole reason I looked up this video. Terrible final boss on an otherwise beautiful game.

@Thomas B been fighting this dude for hours thinking I was missing something, I remember when I was a kid I was able to tie something to my Gameboy so I'd get xp while spinning the whip on spawning enemies. Well 15 years later it's on Xbox and I can't do that and I'm like why the hell is this so hard lol

If the fight would've been difficult that would be alright but this is not hard, this is tedious.

If you think the NES games are annoying you're just bad at them. Castlevanias I and III are still the best games in the series.

@@moonboot. Castlevania and Dracula's Curse are not even close to some of the hardest NES games. Even if you die you still can retry the stage, you have unlimited continues, you also start at the stairs if you die in the figh against Dracula in the first game. They are definitely amazing games everybody should play.

I'd argue Portrait of Ruin or Dracula X (without the cheap axe strategy). This fight was still hard though.

@@franciscoalmeida9019 I wasn't referring to the game as a whole, I was talking specifically about its final boss. Of the 12 or so Castlevania games I've played, that one was probably the hardest.

He is a hard dracula for sure. But I believe OoE dracula was tougher.

I just finished it some minutes ago. A great game it is! Now the game has rewarded me with a special magician mode to start anew, with all the cards unlocked! But I suppose anyone knows that by now, XD.
