as soon as i turned 18 i made my first trip alone. i took a bus, and even though someone was expecting me at the bus station, i was completely alone during all the way... and this song was playing. i felt so free and ready for anything

93-97 was the best time for Brit Pop with the likes of Shed 7, Ocean Colour Scene, Ian Brown, Bluetones etc. I was at college at that time of life when u still have virtually no responsibilities.

Record companies hate bands like cast and oasis who have a brain of their own and basically will tell them to fuck off if they don't like something. Record firms like people like Harry fucking Styles who they can tell to wear a dress etc.
