Thankyou, firstly, for taking the time to talk to us all about your health issues, surely a person of your amazing ability, to not only teach this addictive art, but inspire so many of us, will have a solution & cure for "this thing"...There is no where within 500 miles of where I live in West Australia, that I can go to learn more. All I have learnt is from giving artists like yourself, who share. I'm no where near finished learning, so you can't be finished teaching. I wish you the very best of outcomes and look forward to many more years of your work.

I see that this is an older video but couldn’t watch and not comment. I had symptoms very similar to yours, although not quite as severe. It took 4 long years but I was finally diagnosed with a long-term TBI (from birth) that had been hidden due to other areas of my brain compensating. A combination of age, some emotional trauma and repeated heat illnesses provided a perfect storm to make my right frontal and parietal loves go *poof*. It was finally detected during neuro-psych testing. I have gained some of the communication skills back but there are some things I won’t ever have (and some I’ve never had that I didn’t even realize weren’t normal). Finding out has been life-changing!! The only way I can describe it is I finally make sense!! I pray that in the time since you recorded this, you’ve been able to find your missing link. I wish you the best!

Just taking it a day at a time at this point. I'm "missing" 2-3 months of the Fall that really don't exist in any memories. It's really odd to constantly feel like it's not really the date the calendar shows because of it. I can't imagine a decade disappearing.

Hi... I've been wondering when we'd see more videos (because yours are the BEST!), thank you for being willing to share what has been happening in your life. I am there with you in spirit and am sending best wishes and prayers to you, as you figure out the problem (and solution)! Have you explored Naturapathic medicine, maybe with someone who is experienced in the types of issues you are having? Chemical imbalances, vitamin deficiencies, environmental issues... all can wreck havoc with your health and cause all sorts of symptoms. Medical doctors aren't taught anything about nutrition, etc, so unless they have a personal interest in a more holistic approach to medicine, most don't even consider the importance of it on the workings of the human body. I am anxious to see what you will be doing next, but your health is of most importance, so we can wait. I can imagine it is very hard to not be able to do the things you love and very easy to be scared of what is happening and the future. I pray that you will get real answers and remedies very soon and will continue to pray until we see the evidence of it, so be sure and keep us updated! We hope you are comfortable and surrounded by love (sounds like it... your son is definitely in your corner!) and hope to see you active again soon, as good as new! Take care. Hugs and Blessings < Jackie

So sorry to hear this. My spouse had trygeminal neuralgia, where half of his face had intense, blinding pain when he was asleep. He had a neuroligist catch it on a scan, he had 3 orocedures done, the last one was brain surgery and he has not had a problem in 6 years.

I'm happy I found you! Please keep making videos! You rock!!! I'd love to learn the Pink Floyd dark side of the moon too! To many times people talk to fast while we're trying to learn. I hope you keep making videos! For any brain inflammation+ use 1,000mg 2× day Omega-3, CBD oil made from cannabis not hemp seeds, coconut oil may help also. Sing along to songs you don't know but have the lyrics to, to help learn language speed again? Good luck and God bless ✌💞

Okay, so I’m about 3-4 years late but do you have an official diagnosis? I could have written/spoken all of what you are speaking of unfortunately…. It took nearly 2 years to get me properly diagnosed. I’m sure that you said you had an MRI so has anyone looked for Chiari Malformation? A lot of doctors will blow it off as insignificant, but even a slight herniation of the brain can cause all sorts of bizarre symptoms. Just my 2 cents…. Prayers and thoughts that your doing well. I’ve actually learned so much from you!! Peace! 😊✌️

I just started tie-dying last week. I've been watching a lot of KZfaq videos. I saw one that was your first one back and you mentioned watching this video. In 2020 I also was extremely tired. Had every test known tested. (I didn't do Nuro or have an MRI). I didn't have a numb face. I do have memory issues, sleep 12 to 16 hours daily (still today) have good days and bad days. If I do too much on a good day I have 2 or 3 bad days after. I've been diagnosed with NASH (non-alcoholic) Chirossis of the Liver Stage 4. With liver conditions, Brain Fog and Chronic Fatigue are an issue. I'm currently not able to work so I'm going to try to tie-dye and make a few extra dollars. Did you ever find out what was making you ill?

Not a firm diagnosis. It currently sits as some from of early-onset dementia or some odd variant migraine that results in permanent damage, such as a hemiplegic migraine.

You should consider hyperbaric therapy. You basically just build one, and sleep in it. There's a few cases where it's reversed CTE, so clearly it might be worth trying.

I had an episode similar but only once. I saw spots, couldn’t speak the words, etc. my Dr told me he thought it was an a-typical migraine (without the pain). It’s never happened again, but that’s what I came away from the experience with.

Christy I was diagnosed with fibro about 20 years ago and I was thinking the same thing about a lot of his symptoms especially the brain fog. But he never mentioned pain so was sure. It is an awful thing to not know. It was about 5 years for me before someone finally told me what I had. I still have good days and bad days. Hope you are managing yours.

I am the best test taker ever! I have test after test and they come back normal! I can't tell you how many Drs have said " your the healthiest sick person I know" we don't know what's wrong with you. I feel your frustration! I have several issues. One thing for you that pop s into my mind is KLS. Or Lyme disease. Your welcome to instant message me. Or email. I am not a Dr just a professional patient. I will be a subscriber forever . I think you should keep doing videos! It will keep your mind working, and do a lot to keep your mind off what is going on with me! Well with you. 😉 do your video and don't worry about talking while you are doing the folding. You can always do a commentary on your video and put the two together. On a fairly good day video the tie part and proceed with the dying. Then on another good day do the voice over or commentary on the video. That way you can script it to your liking. Just an idea for you to consider. So glad there is no brain worm! Or infection or cancer! No stroke. No aneurism, no lupus, dementia ... I do hope they figure it out! It took going to a rheumatologist for my diagnosis the first crazy illness I had. 2 years of Drs. Finally a diagnosis of Fibromyalgia now they call it ME, and rheumatoid arthritis. 20 years later I developed thyroid cancer and had a sudden onset of debilitating Narcolepsy . Which I've probably had my whole life but the stress of the cancer and inflammatory disease damage brought it to the very breaking point. Blabbering on and on is one of my symptoms. Sorry this is so long. Thinking of you and keeping you in my prayers.

Tick-borne diseases; ie. Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever, or Lyme Disease come to my mind. There are a whole host of other unusual diseases and syndromes associated with ticks. I had a very expansive list of labs and imaging run during that time and since. There's still no firm diagnosis - just the suggestion that it's most likely some form of dementia or a migraine variant that causes semi-permanent/permanent damage. I'll happily lean towards migraine variant. The outlook is better that way.
