The reaction to Biden's press conference being "good' is comparative to the complete disaster he was at the debate. The only way he could've fallen below that bar is if he pulled a McConnell and just stared out at the room. For me it all just compounded his existing problems, and his diehard supporters are refusing to accept reality.

And yet, voters re-elected Gov Abbott yet again by a wide margin, after the winter storm which killed over 700 Texans, exposed the grid for what it is, and Hurricane Harvey, plus our constant flooding. And where are all the billions we got to fix this? He left the country on Friday, when we knew Beryl had a chance of coming here, for a trip to Asia to bring business to Texas. Having a great time, so he tweets, as we suffer. But tell me, what company in its right mind would come to Texas, esp Houston, when our infrastructure can't even withstand a cat 1 hurricane, a derecho, or a stalled tropical storm? And he and the unqualified Lt Gov are playing politics with local officials and the White House. They hate Houston, which is very blue and went huge for Biden, and probably AIPAC Beto, with Dem city and county leaders. That's another story, but this needs an investigative journalist. The government in Austin has taken over our elections, which they can now invalidate, and taken over HISD from its elected school board. So it fits that they wouldn't be excited about helping us now. We can fall into the ocean for all they care, less blue votes. Fault remains to be seen, but ten to one it's the same old corruption and party boss politics. Dems aren't innocent on that score,, eiither.

I think it is a tremendous opportunity to bury MAGA and Trump. As it stands now, I fear we are crawling towards disaster. It is a risk that doesn’t have to be taken. The rally around the candidate moment and our issues would propel the campaign forward.

Sam was on rough times, after his third divorce. He was destitute, homeless, an alcoholic, abusing heroin and CBD. Emma was walking down the street after seeing a Broadway show and saw him laying in a puddle, whimpering. She knelt there, with him, right in the mud, and said "Pray with me. Take Jesus Christ into your heart." They prayed, and together they alcohol and heroin. Only CBD proved insurmountible and continues to rule Sam's life.

If Biden were to win another term, then Harris will be virtually unbeatable in the next democratic primary. Sam, You need to have Rachel Bitcoffer and Alan Lichtman on. I know Lichtman is self-aggrandizing, but these are 2 people who have methodologies that show very strong track records- over long time scales. I watched Bittcoffer and Cenk on Pakman and it was illustrative. I keep tuning into your show and you guys aren't moving the ball. Grimm didn't help.... You need people who have a method-backed reasoning for keeping Biden, b/c you keep citing polls. I think it's time to have a rebuttal to what you guys keep saying- THEN it's time to pivot to the very real and higjly progressive wins racked up by Biden. I'm no lover of Biden and I'll never get over what happened to Bernie, but you guy's are creating a self-fullfilling loop that has a wonderful chance of suppressing turnout by causing people to tune out.

@TheGreatAtario no dipsh!t! Quit jerking off "should he go or should he GO" for clicks. I hate to give him credit, but do what Pakman did: have Bitcoffer or Lichtman on to say why dropping Biden is a bad idea, based on methodologies that each of them have used to predict surprise outcomes.
