Cat 305e2 Demo Review

8 жыл бұрынQuick review/demo of a Cat 305E2. Has a small bucket on it, but overall I'm comparing it to a Kubota KX 040. The 040 isn't a zero tail swing unit but its the closest model in HP, power, and reach. The U55 from Kubota is a bit larger machine.
Also comparing the 305 to a 303.5 - I ran the smaller one but the 305 size will work great

What did you decide on after all your demos and research? I'm looking at the same size machine right now and it's down to kubota u55, case cx55b, or Deere 50

I actually went with a cat 308. I rented one for a project and thought it was a very handy machine. Overall though, I think Kubota has the biggest bang for the buck on equipment because they're about 15% less than the others.

Hi Kyle Nice video. Just a question if you don't mind , which excavator you reckon is better the Kubota u55-4 or Yanmar vio55-6B Thanks

Hey Thanks for watching, I really can't compare the two as I haven't had a chance to operate or even see a Yanmar. I think a rental company has yanmar (more like a hardware store rental company) so if they have them I would guess they are a pretty good machine to stand up to the rental market. I really like the Kubota though - great machines!

Does that 305 have the long arm?
