this video we will show on how to repair and adjust the main reason of overload and cause of low power, through flow pump adjustment. keep on watching and learn.
disclaimer, i will not advice to anyone to do this type of work if you do not know or understand about the process and procedure.

Nice shot MASTER. This adjustment must done in both pump, i mean right and left side, the same size of turn, counterclockwise, until the engine not dying when u move the joystick. First make SURE power shift and main relief valve pressure are in spec. Important also to know about whats first and second stage.

yes boss if we needed,or sometimes its happens just only 1pump,but to make it sure the adjustmen will be perfect you must have the chart for the adjustment you should have to do it for both pump one time complete pump setting of pressure

what do you mean not increasing acceleration even without load,or accelerating without load,but when you operating or its load to work acceleration is goes down, meaning its eighter engine low power or hydraulic system is the reason,just because unregulated pressure of hydraulic,can you kindly check or give me some information about your engine it is smoking to much or what i dont know.much better ad me in your whatsapp +971567581176 and send me more infortant pictures or video about the status of your engine or the whole machine.

good night smigo...I have a problem with a caterpillar 312A that does not indicate engine temperature, hydraulic oil temperature or fuel level on the panel monitor. It started with a fault that the power was not going to the monitor, the machine stopped accelerating due to the knob acceleration now only does it manually the governor was replaced but it does not allow me to calibrate it reaches ACP01 and stops I would appreciate if you could guide me in a solution thanks in advance

sometimes thats happens while the pump is working some. mechanical reaction was change some clearance will become change at long run, we never know exactly how thats happen so the only to do is just check the pressure and do the possible adjustment if we needed

Thank you for your good explanation , i have an issue of my 336D LN ‏excavator,please can I contact you for some information? The pressure of the pump is 350 bar but when you try to do a move of bucket it’s not working and you feel like the oil isn’t coming back, however pilot pressure is 40 bar.

Bro thats depend on the situition, you have to think engine first before hydraulic system, some times cause of low power just because of engine not power full, have many ways on how to test if the engine is a low power

yes, ang 247-ay data link pwede ung communication line between monitor, ecm controller, at engine ecm, ay may problema, maganda paba ang harnes ng machine mo, then - 9 abnormal update, check mo muna harnes nya lalo n ung nka plipit n dalawang kadalasan orange b, brown, or green brown check mo baka may damage n wiring.

the exact procedure of hydraulic system you should have check the pressure first okay,if you understand the line of boom follow the line then,if you know the hydraulic valve that connected to the boom line you adjust that valve

pressure check muna kyo,then check nyo rin ang power shift solenoid nka attach sa main pump yan s kaliwang side sa bandang ibabaw bka nagloloko n ung power supply o ung valve,ang power supply nyan galing ecm tpos dumaan sa switch s loob ng cab. sa likod arm rest sa right side dalawa switch doon,ung switch nya ay kpag pataas ang direction mobilit lalabas s monitor testingin mo

check mo ung power supply ng power shift kung meron kpag meron,paganahin mo sya ng full rpm ng nkakalagay ung socket then observe mo kung anu kaibahan kpag ttestingin mo sya n nka disconnect nman ung s power shift kung same lang sya n may power sa wala power supply,baka may sira n ang power shift mo eighter stock o d n talaga nagffunction ung coil at valve nya.

Hay buddy I think you turned the wrong nut for that adjustment. The large nut holds the assembly to the housing. The smaller jam nut by the Allen screw is the adjustment. There is 2 ways to skin a cat :0 I could be wrong that's my 2 cents

Big and small nut is a part of adjustment if start to adjust small nut it takes time to get the exact adjustment you need unlike the big nut it is faster respond
