Maybe they need more help in the beginning so they do not get so frustrated. Start with treat under just one row, put the bricks half over to create a little spring they can see and sniff the treat. Now it is treats everywhere so they do not know where to start. Hope it will work for your dogs.

I did end up trying it with just one treat the next day and they both still couldn’t quite figure it out. We will keep working with it for sure as they do love these toys.
