Hi everyone,
In this cat vlog, I found our cat Soseol started using the cat litter standing up. and that's when it all started.
It took about 2 weeks to solve the issue and this video is a summary of that journey.

🙏🏽 I was afraid that Seol had an infection. So happy that the problem could be solved by love & caring parents who bought so many litter boxes and different sands. Seol is the luckiest cat in the world. 🩶🤍🩶🤍🩶🤍She loves the round flat cushion; I knew she would love that. (Maybe Woonie would like the large litter box, too, if you put a blue paper in it. I know he goes outside, but sometimes there are mistakes.) Thank you for loving your pet family so much & giving a good example to the rest of the world. ♥♥♥♥🙏🏽

첫장면 보자마자 화장실이 너무 작다고 생각했어요 ^^;; 큰 화장실, 벤토가 냥이들한테는 좋긴하죠. 그래도 바로 고쳐져서 정말 다행입니다~ 굿똥,묘래박스,강집사 같은 초대형 화장실을 제일 많이 쓰시더라고요.

My female cat used the bathtub or shower whenever she had UTI or severe constipation. Changed her diet completely - eliminate dry food and mix plenty of water with can food. She has not had any incidents since.

You know you love a channel when you even watch about cat poop! Glad Seol seems happy now. Her old box was definitely too small. I had a huge Maine coon cat and his litter box was a shallow storage bin 😺. There was no commercial litter box big enough for him!

Wow you are an amazing cat dad (butler,) for Seol, Kish. I cannot think of anyone who would strive to please their pet family like you do☺️ Cats must be very popular in South Korea to have such markets filled with cat things. I noticed how big Seol is now when using her old toilet. She and your dogs are obviously living their best life with you. It's lovely to witness. As always thanks for sharing.

외국영상보니까 작은화장실에서 발을 모서리에올리고 아슬아슬하게 싸다가 넘어진고양이보고 깔깔깔 웃던데.. 여기는 결과보고 편안해지네요 반려동물을 그냥 키우기만하는게 아니라 아끼고 사랑하는마음으로 공부해서 더 나아지는게 정말 책임감있는분같다라고 느껴집니다

아무래도 그렇다고 하더라구요. 그간 두부를 잘 써와서 바꿀 이유는 없었지만 이번에 더 좋은 모래로 업그레이드 한 셈이라 생각해요 :) 냥이 생각 많이 나실텐데 어떤 말씀으로도 위로는 안되겠지만.. 모든 유한한 생물들 간의 만남은 이별이 필수불가결한 것이니 기운내시길...

안녕하세요. 오늘 영상 잘 봤습니다. 저도 고양이 세 마리 집사라 소설이가 나오는 영상은 무조건 챙겨본답니다. 그리고 대부분 고양이가 벤토나이트를 제일 선호하더라고요. 그리고 카사바랑 벤토를 섞어도 좋아하더라고요. 응고력이 매우 좋아요. 저희 냥님들은 써유 카사바 또는 가필드 카사바를 주로 사용하고 있어요. 되도록 가는 입자를 사용하는 게 좋은 것 같아요. 카사바 모래 사용 시 장점은 혈뇨 혈변을 바로 알 수 있어서 좋은 것 같아요. 단점은 두부 모래와 비교하면 사막화 현상이 심하더라고요. 소설이의 행복한 묘생을 위해 노력해주시는 모습에 감동하였습니다. 항상 건강하시고 행복하세요! (요즘 볼드모트 사료로 고양이들이 매우 아프거나 하늘나라로 가는 일들이 생겨 걱정이 많네요. 주의하시길..😱 오지랖 올림)

This was quite interesting....I never thought a cat would prefer one kind of sand to another, so much so that goes and does her things in an entirely different place...( although, when I think better, I had a tomcat who used to do his things just on a sheet of paper, and now I have a cat that prefers tofu sand to silicagel...so, different cats with different tastes in the matter). Looking forward to see what you'll discover in the future...

Hello, I saw your spraying. Ingredients in sprays have odors and have toxic substances.. I suggest just using water if not changing the litter. I clean my cat's box with unscented shampoo and water when empty.

저희집 두냥이들은 벤토+카사바가 섞인걸 더 선호 한답니다.모래도 세번 바꾸고서야 취향에 맞는걸 선택 할수 있었구요.화장실도 몸을 자유롭게 돌릴수 있도록 큼~직만한걸루.세상에 이렇게 귀엽고 예쁜 아이들에게 마음을 뺏기다보니 집안이 온통 냥이들 용품으로 채워져 가고 있답니다.ㅋ

잘하셨어요 저도 두마리 집사인데요 사막화가 귀찮긴 하지만 벤토가 냥이들한테 심리적으로 좋다해서 아가때부터 벤토씁니다^^ 청소기를 열심히 돌려야하구요 나름의 사연들이 있으시겠지만 냥이의 행복이 우선되었음해요 ㅎ 그리고 모래 조금 더 부어주셔도 될듯합니다 바닥에 붙서 뗄때 불편하거든요~ 고양이는 진짜 영리한존재인듯해요😅

원인을 찾으셔서 다행이에요 예전에 페르시안 친칠라를 키울 때 같은 증상이 있었는데 저 같은 경우에는 아이가 방광염을 앓고 있었더라구요 소변을 볼 때 고통을 느끼니 화장실을 피해 다른 공간에서(욕조) 자꾸 시도하는 것 같다는 수의사 선생님 말씀에 꽤 오래 처방사료도 먹이고 방광염이 나으니 해결됐었어요

아 그러셨군요..! 저희도 몇년전에 소설이가 방광염이 있을때도 있었어요. 변을 볼때 아프니까 소변 양도 확 줄고 해서 계속 약 먹이고, 물을 더 많이 먹을 수 있도록 짠 사료도 먹이고 몇주간 함께 고생했던 기억이...ㅜㅜ

소설이도 고새자세로 응가를 했군요ㅎㅎ 저희애도 저러고 싸길래 귀엽다고만 생각했는데 찾아보니 화장실 문제라고 해서 ㅁㅊ화장실에 벤토모래 쓰면서 사라졌어요^^ 첨엔 카사바를 썼는데 확실히 벤토를 제일 좋아해요~ 둘 섞으면 소변이 잘 뭉친다고 해서 지금은 카사바 조금 섞어서 쓰구요~ 집사님 화이팅😸

저도 아기때부터 두부모래를 사용했는데 정말 어느날부터 서서 응아를 하기 시작하더니 스크레쳐나 다른곳에 쉬야를 하더라구요. 그래서 저도 벤토나이트로 바꿔주었는데 그후론 괜찮았어요. 아이들이 첨엔 몰라서 그랬는지 그냥 쓰더니 두부모래를 좋아하진 않는가봐요.

A man of your skills in the kitchen could make a nice pasta with that truffle LOL. More seriously, re Soseol, poor baby. I had a cat that started getting fussy with the toilet. Turns out it was a urinary tract infection and poor cat nearly died. Luckily vet saved him. What I used for cat litter was a hard granulated clay, but the granules were coarser and flatter than the bentonite you have. The cats used to use human toilet. I never trained them to do that. In some ways it was very convenient but I started using this excellent clay cat litter (it was very cheap a big 5kg bag being less than $10 at the supermarket) and the cats stopped using human toilet immediately.

@@KiSHLog Bentonite is a clay but the clay I had was like small absorbent rocks. The very same stuff they sell to mechanics to soak up oil spills in workshops actually. It is 5x the price when put in a cat bag and sold at the supermarket but perhaps it is less dusty than the same clay mechanics use.

@@KiSHLog у нас кот часто не ходит в лоток. Ветеринары советуют поменять наполнитель для туалета. Мы поменяли древесный наполнитель на комкующийся наполнитель. Нам посоветовали бетонит с активированным углем. Некоторое время было все хорошо, но несколько дней назад дети напугали кота громким звуком и он опять перестал ходить в лоток.

카사바모래중에 저는 써유모래가 좋더라구요... 아이 대소변 색과 상태 파악도 쉽고 먼지도 거의 없고...이거 사용하다가 다른 제품은 못써요.. 설이도 맘에 들어할거같아요... 카사바와 벤토 섞는건 냥이에게 좋지도 않고 먼지도 생겨서 카사바만 쓰고 있어요... 설이도 카사바 좋아할거같아요

My cat refused to use his new large tray as i treated him to the "Best Cat Litter In the World" as i loved him so much! Eventually tried the original litter & normal service resumed. Meantime he had used the laundry pile too pee in! No poop thankfully. 😊

@@KiSHLogHi it was a brand in the UK. Not sure if it still retails today. Sadly my boy had to be put to sleep September 2018. :( just googled, seems to be called Worlds Best. It was recommended to me but was a hugely expensive mistake!

카사바 제품 추천 드리면 개인적으로 써유 < 가필드 보라 < 더스트몬 카사바플러스 더블밴런스 순으로 좋았어요. 지금은 더스트몬 정착했어요 먼지도 안 날리고 카사바치고는 탈취력이 좋아요!

저희 집은 소운이가 쓰는 쿠션에 붙은 털이 너무 제거가 안되서, 그 쿠션을 싸들고 하이마트 체험코너에 가서 진공청소기별로 테스트 해봤던 적이 있어요 ㅎㅎㅎ 그때 다이슨의 흡입력이 어마어마하다는 것을 눈으로 확인하고 바로 구매해왔죠 ㅎㅎㅎㅎ 원래 쓰던 진공청소기는 바로 아웃....

드라이룸 위에 화장실을 두실꺼면 인터넷에 벌집매트 검색하셔서 화장실 앞에 두시면 사막화도 기계에도 좋을꺼같아요... 그리고 저는 카사바2 벤토1로 섞어쓰는데 혹시나 하는 혈뇨나 혈변을 바로 알수있어서 좋더라구요. 물론 아이들도 좋아하구요..다만 가격이 좀 사악한거와 수급에 문제가 있어서 고민해보세요~

@@KiSHLog 써본 경험에는 섞여서 나오는제품은 먼지가 좀 많은 느낌이였고 가필드 보라 제품이 제일 굵은 입자인데 저는 이제품이 제일 좋았어요.문제는 가격과 수급인데 가격은 좀 사악하지만 아이들이 좋아하고...수급문제는 많이 좋아진걸로 알고있고...가필드 제품에도 여러좋류가 있는데 보라 빼고는 사막화가 장난 아니라는 말들이 있어서요..

I watch a lot of vlogs and most of cats are affectionate, sweet and cuddly like Seol. My 5-6 month old kitten, very hyper, likes to sit and sleep on my lap but doesn't like to be touched, held. He scratches the litter box excessively. Even with en enclosed box, there are sand on the floor (clumping and vegetable cat litter)... it's quite frustrating.

As far as I know, cats doesn't like their litter placed in a box where they can't look out while using the litter. Do you think this might be the reason?

@@KiSHLog Yes, at the beginning, there was a box without lid. But, there was sand everywhere and a lot when he grown up. Gurney, his little name🥰, is a little wild, rescued around 3 weeks (mackerel tabby kitten) has => a strong instinct to hunt (bugs like midges or spiders) => an acute sense of hearing/view: flinch at the slightest noise or movement => an acute sense of smell: I have to clean his litter box as soon as he finished his business, otherwise, he keeps coming again and again to scratch the litter => very hyper: 2 zoomies a day! Before having him, I saw many kitten vlogs, especially those from Korea; they are so cuddly and well-behaved!🤩 Now I have a kitten, nothing to do with the other sweet cats, it's like a karma😅

@@KiSHLog Actually, my brother rescued him and said that he was abandoned by his mother. Between 3 weeks and 2 months old, my brother took care of him but as he has to go to work, during the day, Gurney was with his neighbor; between 2 months and 3 months old, I babysitted him every 2 weeks, so he moved between 3 houses; I understand that it's not really good for a kitten because cats are creatures of habit. Now he is with me. I read a lot of comments of cat owners and it seems he is not the worst😅 He has 2 zoomies and also 2 "cuddy time" a day: he likes to sleep on my lap but doesn't like to be touched too much; I take the opportunity to brush him (only for a few seconds). He is still scared of strangers; when he hears the doorbell, he runs to hide under the bed. I admire cat owners like you, seems you know how to train them, and ability to understand cat behaviour🤩 He will be neutered soon. I don't like it but they said there are benefits: "Reduces or eliminates risk of spraying and marking. Less desire to roam, therefore less likely to be injured in fights or auto accidents. Risk of testicular cancer is eliminated, and decreases incidence of prostate disease." Of course, also reduces number of unwanted cats/kittens.

Thank you for sharing your story. I enjoyed reading it :) It's so sad that neutering is best for both cats/dogs and humans in many ways. I really wish I could see children of our pets.
