Cat is a joke, in her last five fights in the UFC she went 1-5 and gets cut from the UFC. she bounces over to Bellator and wins four fights against nobody's, lol... What a hypocrite, Cat will never be in Cyborgs class, Cat couldn't beat Julia Budd or Arlene Blencowe. Cyborg finished you in one round, go away, but don't go away mad.

Because the MMA fighters put their life on the line with every fight & they need to be taken care of because it's a tough sport they sacrifice their bodies, fiances, time, & family. Keep your head up Cat & fight the fight out of the ring, your labor & time will be remembered when the pension is passed👏🙂.

A well spoken, intelligent ,attractive young woman, who has now done more for her sport than maybe any other female fighter. To be known as a fighter who has actively played a part in the "Bill for Pension for MMA fighters " This accomplishment is equivalent and possibly greater than holding a Belt. It will surely be the highlight of her life when old age settles in many years from now. By helping others, Cat has been rewarded with a life which has purpose. Her being here made a difference in the lives of herself and others. That's what most people are chasing for their whole lives. I admire and envy her for this achievement. This is the first step in securing the futures of every single fighter, Female and Male, who is fighting now and those who will EVER fight in the future. Changes I'd suggest is: A dollar on each piece of Merch sold, a dollar on each PPV buy, And a Disability Fund, which would be available on a case by case basis to help fighters who suffer traumatic injury which limits their ability to work or live a normal life. To cover their basic needs, Institutional costs, food, meds etc. Lastly, the pension amounts shouldn't be by the round. They should be by the fight. If you were booked in a five round fight, for example, You trained for 5 rounds. You paid teams and specialist trainers for 5 round,s prep you exhausted your body for 5 round prep. So then you walk into the ring like Jorje Masvidal, throw a knee and it's over in 5 seconds, you shouldn't be paid for a ROUND. You were booked for 5, you were expected to go 5, you did your job very very well, you should get paid for 5!! No one in the working world gets penalized for excellence in performance. Your body still did the work in camp, you still have to pay the bills and your gym. The Gyms, also, should be putting a percentage of their take into the Disability fund. So that the fighters who put their lifespan on the line, have some sense of security, some magic source of financial help, when there is none. And the Networks too. Anyone who makes money off off the fights, should be kicking back 10% to look after them IF the worst happens. It's nothing! It's a sliver of the overall pie they get. I don't want to ever see a guy like Mark Coleman stumble around and have to do what he's doing to pay the bills. This was a UFC Champion not too many years back! A Champion!! In his case maybe it's not fight related. I get that. But there should at least be a tribunal, and find out if he is entitled to some help. Fighters too. Fighters should have a deduction from their earnings to pay into their own pensions, and into the disability fund, which GOD FORBID, they might one day desperately need. Life is very very long. UFC careers are very very short. Money goes like water, especially with someone who never had any, and suddenly has too much. Think about tomorrow. It always comes.

I understand the benefits of fighting Cat but it’s giving clout and money chaser and it’s quite selfish when the fans wanted to see a Nunes rematch. Maybe Cyborg can fight Kayla Harrison in the PFL?

The way Cat Zingano describes Cyborg is very understandable. I never noticed it until she took aim at Cat that she was trying to bull her way into a fight with her. Always posting about her and making fake fight announcements before the fight even became official. More of Cyborg just trying to pad her record because she cant think Cat zingano is prime anymore.
