This patient has a complex prior history with cataract removal, loss of the capsular bag, iris damage, and a prior vitrectomy. And yes, there is that pterygium too. Our guest surgeon does a great job of suturing an IOL to the sclera and then performing a pupilloplasty. What would be your approach for this case? Yamane? Canabrava? Or Gore-tex sutured?
