CataractCoach™ 2251: late dislocation of an iris clip ACIOL

Ай бұрынThe patient received and iris clip ACIOL many years ago and now presents to you with poor vision. When you examine the eye, the IOL is partially dislocated inferiorly and fortunately the corneal endothelial cell count is still very good. What would be your approach to fixing this? Also please comment below if you know the model of this iris clip IOL and the name of the spreader instrument that the surgeon uses.

I googled the spreader, I think this is a Rhein Medical's Tetz Enclavation Spreader.

The lens looks more like a phakic Artiflex lens than an aphakic Artisan / Verisyse lens. I believe the surgeon may practice in Germany (per Google). I am in neighboring Switzerland and I have never seen an aphakic lens of this type.
