I could not for the life of me understand where the 83 dislikes came from while watching this video until I got to the cooking part. Lol. I'm guessing it's the good ole Capt Morgan and the young girl dipping her fish in all that yummy sauce. People are so sensitive. My goodness. People cook sauces in wine, use beer and many other alcohols to make dishes. The alchohol content gets burned off in the high heat cooking process for the most part. I'm just assuming that is it because the video itself, with your daughter..out fishing, learning and just straight up spending quality family time together making memories is wonderful! Nothing there that deserves 83 dislikes in my opinion. Keep up the great work Eric.

Great recipe I’ll have to try it out this season. I’ve been doing a soy sauce and maple syrup glaze with garlic the last couple years and it’s been turning out really well. Keep up the great videos

carlos cabrera you’ll love it dude, add some olive oil on the bottom of the aluminum foil so the fish does not burn to the foil.

Eric is the only guy that I've paid to listen to and ask question at a seminar to learn any small tid bit from a pro with a wealth of experience and then be fortunate enough to watch him and his family simply enjoying life together. I hope everyone watching this channel appreciates the honest how, when, where and what he shows us along with his willingness to open up his home . It's the way the outdoors should be shared and it's refreshing to see when we're surrounded by others who are knowledgeable but either don't share or even worse try to hide or provide misinformation to those of us who just want to be better fishermen.

Juanite J95 you can eat them I just think they are a bit fishy but plenty of guys keep them .... to each their own. They are stocked with very little natural reproduction

Head north to Whistling Straits golf course Kerry. Fish the brown trout in 7-15 feet of water. I just made a brown trout video there a few weeks ago.

you have just wasted the head meat & backbone(used for flavour & stock). Hope you at least knock out those fishes before bleeding them.
