A little preperation of the heart and I was ready to cook it! Cooking heart is a lot easier than I expected! Can you guess what the heart tasted like?? Hope to see you in my next video!!

I've been eating turkey hearts since I was a kid. Me and my mom eat them. We boil them with the gizzards and all that and then salt them up and it is the best.

Hello. I went to purchase chicken livers and picked up turkey hearts. I'm so use to the gizzards and liver being in the same spot at my location. An, there were hearts in place of the chicken livers. Therefore this will be my first time trying turkey hearts. Maybe I'll fry half an cook the other half in a gravy.
