Great video. I caught a giant Yellow Eye Snapper in the Bahamas deep dropping. I recall the most important thing was to always make sure the weight was on the bottom. There are so many drops and dips that if you don't keep checking to make sure you are on the bottom you won't get hits. We were fishing on a windy day the boat was drifting a lot. We had a blast though.

Love your videos... I’m deep dropping to 400-800ft for tile fish and grouper out of va beach. What is a good deep drop rod with a straight butt that I can put my tanacom 1000 on? Thanks

That’s a yellow eye 👁 LOL 100% which is exactly same fish as silky no difference

The machine is fishing...... not you... sorry i rather reel in a mile of line than depend on a machine to do it for me..defeats the purpose...
