Catching Fish in Pevensey Bay using the Torpedo Rig

What a session! I designed a new fishing rig - the torpedo rig - that I hoped would bring me luck, and it did! Here, you'll see me catch doggies, pout and rockling. I had loads of double shots, with just the best bits included here.

Go for it! I think it's a big improvement over a standard bomber rig and it's been doing the business for me.

Thanks 👍, I hope the rig works well for you. I use rig gum all the time and love it. No worries about line damage and give me flexibility on the beach if I want to adjust my rigs.

Another cracking vid Gem! Like the look of the torpedo rig,,how sort is the snood from cascade to hook on bottom snood? Keep these videos coming!

Thanks for your lovely comment. The snood is as short as I can get it and is about 3.5inches from the mini clip to the hook. Check out my other video on how to make the torpedo rig and you’ll see the measurements I use.
