Catching my BIGGEST KOB! NEW PB!

Hi guys&girls
Hope everyone had a great Summer,
Today we fished for kob, i must say i’m so tempted to do a scratching session for other species but the Kob is biting,
It’s really hard not to put a chokka bait out knowing that they are there..
The day started slow but we started to get a few fish with some monsters in between that turned out to be Spotted gully sharks.. but at the end of the day I really wanted to land one, so i put heavier tackle on, and locked my drag to pull that spotty before i got reefed.. at the last moment i saw the golden tail flapping out of the shallow water and it was a beautiful 104 cm 11kg Kob.
