this is awesome, perfect for people on the move in remote locations. i would get one, cept the bandwidth costs are way to high. still, would make for a nice backup unit for emergencies.

Im trying to understand why that sat system is so expensive when other sat services like hugesnet or wild blue offer much more speed and much lower price .. like huges is 40.. a month for 5/1 with 10gigs, the service there offering 40 bucks would be used up in 6 mb of data..but it would take you 10 times longer to get it... what am I missing here ?

I've actually used that class 1 device, works pretty well assuming you don't want to do anything interesting.
