In this video, I change the fuel, oil, and air filters on my 1984 GMC Brigadier 'The Deputy Commander'. The filters were last changed in October of 2008. I wasn't able to complete changing out the air filter. But, since making the video, I do have the correct length screw to do what I need to do. I did find a few items to adjust, replace, or repair. One item is the air intake scoop. There's nothing wrong with the scoop itself. It's just not secured solidly underneath the hood, causing it to separate from the tube attached to the air filter assembly. There are no major issues with the truck, however. Well, I may have to replace the starter before the year is out. It's failed to turn over the motor a couple times now, at first try.
