Such a waste of good topsoil, there's easily a good 3-4 foot depth that could have been saved a resold. Apart from me giving out I love this channel ha.

Shouldn't the top soil be treated separately? It's quite valuable

I've often wondered about the value of the top soil myself. I would think that to increase profits, it might be highly profitable to have a designated crew, equipped with perhaps a smaller tractor-drawn scraper, to take the top soil first, and then bring in the excavators. Top soil is truly a highly profitable business. With the miles upon miles of land these people work, that could itself grow into a huge operation by itself. Would make a terrific business I'd think.
