1 1/2 tsp curry powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp roasted ground geera ( cumin )
1 small onion
1 head garlic
1 tomato
1 stem celery
2 stem scallion
2 broad leaf thyme / puddina
pepper to taste
salt to taste

When I saw the rice being served on the plate I couldn´t help thinking how beautiful it looked. That´s deliciously cooked rice. Then the catfish curry/ curry catfish was right on point. If you were live-streaming I would have asked you to put in a few pieces of green mango to enhance the taste. Mango must be out of season. 👍👍👍👏👏👏💯%.
