Hi Cathy, great video this is one we can always use even if our faces are not round, I happen to have temples that are sunk in so I put a little highlighter there to bring that part out. Its amazing how much difference sculpting the face can do. Have a great day.❤️

I love this video and think you look amazing! I am 55 and planning a photoshoot for my life coaching business and in the process of creating an online course. I have major anxiety about getting in front of the camera and especially video camera. I haven't worn a lot of makeup for several years and have gained weight. My face has really changed. My favorite bronzers are a Milani bronzer, the big Marc Jacobs bronzer, a Bobbi Brown bronzer, and an Hourglass bronzer. They have slightly different undertones but they all end up looking natural. I really don’t do well with gray based contour shades on my olive tone skin. I do struggle with a wide face shape so this is a good strategy for me.

Hi Carol, thanks so much! I am watching season three of RHOA, it took me most of the summer to get through the first two seasons, I just couldn't get into it, but then season three it clicked and I really like it now. I love Nene Leaks, not so much the other women. I am also watching RHOBH. It's been a good season so far. I love Kathy Hilton, she is a hoot! Do you know when the OC will begin? Have a nice week! 😊 PS: I will have to watch RHOSLC soon to get up to date on the housewife that scammed people, was that Mary? I get so confused with whose who when I have several on the go. LOL

@@StyleWithCathyOver50 Lots of housewife issues. On SLC it’s Jen Shaw who was arrested for money laundering and as far as Mary, there was some mention of her church being a cult. Yes, poor Nene, her husband passed away last week. I’m most interested in RHOBH concerning the Tom Girardi and Erica Jane scandal. Kathy Hilton is a hoot and a very good addition to the show.

Great placement. "Lift, lift, lift!" Same consideration for eyeshadow especially if one has hooded eyes and, boy oh boy, are mine hooded. lol. I love contouring but, because I have a very cool toned complexion, I use a contour shade from the KDV "light pallet" called Taupe. I don't bother with the whole pallet and just order the refill. In a pinch, I have a couple taupe-ish matte shadows that, with a light hand, work well. I cringe every time I hear some young influencer talking about blush on the" apples" of the cheeks. lol Not when you are 67, sweetheart. ;-) For myself, I use the outer edge of the iris of my eye as a guide line, find the cheek bone and sweep up. "Lift, lift, lift." lol (Note: The eyeshadow I use on occasion is Bedrock from Makeup Geek. For a travel or touch-up kit, one could create a mini contour kit just using eyeshadows. I enjoy your channel and wish you success. I live south of Seattle and used to go to Vancouver, B.C. on a regular basis. My Canadian friends are wonderful. Too long since I've seen them.

When I contour under my chin, it just looks like I put contour there didn't match anything else. There isn't really a line between my chin and neck like yours. What should I do?
