as was as i know most machines come from honda they made some kind of deal, i think honda was investing in 1% of CATL to save future cell supply and/or vice versa so CATL save future supply of the stuff that moving parts around they are building and hiring for a gigafactory in thuringia right now, i was there..... its massive... you need hours to walk around it

no ,infact more than 80% automation machine production batter in CATL is design & bulid by chinese.. Mostly production line was supply by chinese company.

German should make the batteries othher than China.
