Let's Go to Con! MCM Comic Con London vlog

Hello everyone and welcome to a new video!
As always, I am atrociously bad at vlogging, but I love sharing these events with you, so I still tried to get some glimpses of this convention and put it together here. I explain a little about what MCM Comic Con London is in the beginning, how it works, and you might expect from it. I also go through how the three days went for me, and what I got from it (spoilers: some cute stuff). On the Friday, I wore my closet cosplay of Jude Duarte from Holly Black's Cruel Prince book series. I was really happy with this look, crooked horns and dodgy leggings aside. I did not cosplay on the Saturday, I just wore my hobbity clothes, videos for all of these handmade items are available here on the channel. And lastly on the Sunday, I debuted my Breathe dress from the film, Ever After. There is a little more on the making of this on Instagram, and there will be a video on here soon!
All in all, I had a great weekend. This is truly one of the very few occasions where I get to wear the things I make, so I love it for that. There is also a get ready with me video on Patreon for the Breathe look if you're interested in supporting me over there :) Thanks for watching!

For you laminated character sheet, I recommend using permanent marker for your character details and anything that isn’t super changeable like HP, death saves, or spell slots. When you’re ready to erase it, you can write over it with dry erase markers and it should come right off. Or you can just get wet erase markers. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Holly Black is a wonderful author. Your closet cosplay was perfect. Love love love the Breathe dress. Thanks for sharing your adventure. I adore going to our local con in costume and seeing what everyone else is wearing. My fave part. Take care.

This was great. I went to my first convention in the 90s. It was an X Files convention, and it was awesome. We have Comicpalooza here in Houston, Texas yearly. When I was a librarian I got to work there. I adored your casual hobbit outfit, and that Breathe dress is inspiring ❤. Thank you for taking us along with you. It’s very much appreciated.

I forgot to mention last video but I love your Stitch mug! So cute 🥰 We have out local con coming up and we are kind of on the fence about going just because there are so many people. It’s gotten pretty big and last time we went we both got over whelmed by how many people where there and that was years ago.

I absolutely LOVE Everdell! I hope you enjoy it too, it’s illustrations are such a gorgeous aesthetic. I would cosplay one of the game characters in a heartbeat. Also your Breathe dress is -stunning- I can’t wait for the video.

going to my 1st convention this year also cosplaying for the 1st time saw your blog and thought it was the best one isaw as it was so normal

The dress looks fabulous😍Looking forward to the upcoming video. Apart from your dress I think my favourite part was the mimic cosplay. I almost spit my food over my keyword from snorting when I saw the cosplay 😁😂

Thank you for taking us along. The breathe dress is Amazing. I would love to go to a Con, but being arse height to everyone (wheelchair user) would make it difficult in the crowds. Even on the quiet days I would get tripped over.

Thanks for the knowledge. I'm also a wheelchair user and would love to go to the con. I also have panic attacks in crowds so maybe i'll have to rethink going
