円山動物園でセイタとココの間に産まれたホクト。
子どもの頃、いつもニッコニコの笑顔であっちゃこっちゃ動き回っていたのが懐かしい。
現在は、繁殖のために現在は遊亀公園附属動物園に移動した。
懐かしいなぁ。
戻ってきてよ･･･とコソっと思う。場所ないけど。うちでよければ･･････(^0^;)

What a nice surprise! Thank you cattail Sapporo for the video of Hokuto. You remember him? We didn`t see any videos of Hokuto since he left Maruyama zoo and was transferred to Kofu City Yuki Park. I hope he is well and still healthy. If you know a videographer who could do some new videos of Hokuto we would appreciate it very much. I didn`t forget his gorgeous and smiling face. I wish he could return back to Maruyama zoo.

Thank you cattail Sapporo for this and all of your videos of Hokuto. Miss him so much at Maruyama. Love all of your videos of Hokuto. Helps keep our lovely memories of Hokuto alive, even as he is now at Kofu Yuki park zoo in Kofu City. I visited him in October 2019, but unable to return to make sure he's ok until this pandemic travel restrictions are lifited. So, anyone who can video Hokuto is greatly appreciated by all of Hokuto's supporters.

Are these lil brown animals sonehow cousins of racoons? Hope the wild ones are not such a nuisance as racoons often are. BTW: Does anybody know why they are called red pandas instead of brown pandas? 😉

Thank you cattail Sapporo for rerun of wonderful video of Hokuto. We almost never see him videotaped at his new "home" at Kofu city zoo. Please contact Hokuto supporters via friendsofredpandas@gmail.com or redpandafanclub@gmail.com for finding videographer or photographers who can reassure us that Hokkuto is alive. Your videos have always helped win worldwide friends for Hokuto and all the wonderful red panda family at Maruyama. Please keep up your good works. Hokuto Forever!
