Grazing the long acre we used to call this kind of grazing in Ireland. Not done much anymore because of all the cars on the road

honestly, in a drought sometimes you see that drought coming and it's worth it to hit them ditches early just so you can get regrowth out of them.

I love that style of fiberglass step in post. I've had some for several years and the fiberglass is still good. No splinters yet.
