Catwoman is usually recognized as Batman's bad girlfriend. I'm happy she's now actively being developed as a character in her own right.

@@willjohnboy Eh, only evidence for Batman & Wonder Woman was the DCAU, and they decided to have that Diana break Bruce's heart so she could go marry Justice Lord Batman who was trying to reform his alternate earth, so... I wouldn't count that as "good". DC characters and relationships never work well. Like literally ever. Mostly because I'm pretty sure their writers just hate their characters to an unreasonable degree.

I just want Selina to be good for once to everyone and stay like that. Feels like she's using Bruce with how she talks at times in this. Still an interesting story and I really like how the new batwoman is

I love everything Tom King has been doing for DC. Loved his run on Batman Rebirth. Love this Batman Catwoman title he's writing, and he's also doing Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow...I think. I'm sure it'll be great. Somebody needs to start writing Supergirl with some style.

Are you only interested in superheroes or are you interested in fantasy, comedy, horror? Something else? Generally, for new readers, I would suggest to stick to trade paperbacks; they contain whole storylines so you don’t have to be chasing missing issues and they’re cheaper than if you bought the issues individually.

There are a lot to choose from, but the whole New 52 Green Lantern Corps run is amazing. Blackest Night especially.

@@noahmian3472 For horror I suggest Crossed (it’s very gory and very good). For something a little more psychological I suggest Rachel Rising. For fantasy Niel Gaiman’s The Sandman is a must read. It’s one of the best comic book series of all time. There’s also Fables which takes the classic fairy tale characters and does wonderful things with them. The first volume is a mystery/whodunnit about Snow White’s missing sister. It’s wonderful.

Hey variant, I'm not sure but i just watched venom for the millionth time, but i just realized that even though they changed some things, they were basically showing venom before he met spiderman.
