The plaintiff says she began dating the defendant four months after ending things with an ex, who caused them a lot of problems for them. Even though she cheated on the defendant with her ex, she’s suing him for breach of contract. The defendant says he loved the plaintiff, but her found her with her ex. He’s countersuing for unreturned property.

The defendant biggest mistake was deciding to get involved with the plantiff right after she ended a previous relationship. Red flag right from the beginning. The defendant did this to himself. He's here all because of that bad decision. Smh..make better choices guys.

This is why you ask questions about your partners previous relationships. How did it end? Why did it end? Are they on good terms? Chances are if they’re not on good terms, there are unresolved feelings. She was still fresh out of a relationship and her ex was still close by. He was her rebound. IMO, you need at least 6 months to a year before trying to find a new partner. That time spend should be working on yourself and figuring out why it didn’t work so you learn from experience. You should be able to wish your ex well and be able to move on if it doesn’t work out. Relationships ending doesn’t necessarily mean you or your partner are bad people. Just means y’all probably weren’t supposed to be in that kind of relationship. Some people are better as just friends

Respectfully I don’t agree with the last part of your statement. Once you truly understand what friendship means, there is no such thing between two people that dated. Imagine your boyfriend or girlfriend telling you I’m going to hangout with my friend and the whole time it’s about their ex, unless you’re a different kind of human to me it’s not up for discussion. Ex means past meaning behind, you do not bring the past back into the present.

In the introductory walk-in, the plaintiff blames her ex-bf for causing the problems but it was really the plaintiff who chose to cheat with her ex-bf. She needs to take responsibility for what she CHOSE to do.

@brenda preston yes but i saw in ebony magazine that several african american hollywood celebrities use a japanese skin lightening lotion which makes them look FAR more light skin & mixed race in appearance and not look black anymore.
