JM can be rude at times depending on the cases. However, this case he ruled the right way. The plaintiff couldn’t answer the question truthfully about how the defendant would pay her back. Her case was all over the place ; it took her nearly 10 minutes to explain what she was suing for besides telling the world the 3 STDs he gave her over the past 6 years they were together.

And he’s the one that confused her. He was making payments then all of a sudden that gets forgotten about when he brings up income tax

I remember one time I was so mad at a case on here. A lady had gotten her hair done in a ponytail before she went on a cruise. She said her head was so sore and it hurts so bad and the pins were sticking her in the head. She had to take it down and she had scabs and sores in her head and a bald spot right there in the middle and she showed the pictures. Judge Mathis went off and was like that ain't happened from no hair pins, called a liar said she must have done it to herself. Now before we knew how not to put them pins in right.. a lot of us experienced that, it's sore right there in the middle and sometime it turned into a sore and you'd lose some hair. Instead of maybe consulting with a beautician before the case, he ruled on something that he knows absolutely nothing about and that's women's hair. He went off on that woman and dismissed her case

"When he asked her how did you expect him to pay you back?" She couldn't give a straight answer. He finally had to answer the simple question for her. She showed up with no evidence and making very little sense. If she would have calmed down and given reasonable answers, she would have won.
