I know this to be true. My ex never cheated on me while drunk, but he checks every other box shown here. Emotionally unstable and abusive, narcissistic, lazy, never held down a job, and manipulative. He was stalking her so he saw her in her home. That dude is nuts. I’m happy Jm granted her the money for harassment so ultimately he ended up owing her. @@SimmerJas you do understand as being a judge, being bias is apart of the role of a judge. Just as we play a part of persuasion and earning favoritism as roles of convincing a judge. The key factor in winning is making points and bringing evidences, and for a bonus to win the judges heart by being kind respectable sharing your life achievements etc that MAY give you extra points to win over the judges respect on your case. Judges SEEMS to take sides on both plaintiffs and defendants as a tactic to bring out truths and other ways of making one admit to or expose something...(the list goes on). It's not easy being a judge, there's much much more that goes on when dealing with judgments. What I'm telling you is based on my knowledge & experience in law school. I've seen a lot of messed up judges, but judge Mathis is a really good one, in fact he's one of the best I've seen! He's a genius.
