I don't think the issue is CS's but Ruto 's style of management. If everything is being done in statehouse its very difficult to work.Ruto is using Moi's style of leadership - very minimum delegation. His style of leadership is different from Kibaki and Uhuru.

It's funny the person who started all this mess, Gachagua, is left intact . If I may advice Ruto', start a process of amending the constitution to remove the RUNNING MATE requirement and also to change the presidency from a two term to a one term tenure of 6yrs. . Also start the process of dissolving the Senate and reducing the supreme court justices. If you do this, you will be remembered for yeas to come.
