Onion - 2 No's
Tomato - 3 No's
Fennel Seeds - 1/4 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Coriander Powder - 2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder - 1 tbsp
Fennel Powder - A Pinch
Coriander Leaves - As Required
Curry Leaves - As Required
Coconut Paste - 1 1/2 tbsp
Salt - To Taste
Oil - For Cooking
Ghee - 3/4 tsp

Cauliflower pepper fry... Again a very fantastic recepe.Your demo says it all. The timing of adding each item is well explained. That's why the recepe helps in bringing out the best results. Apart from this I liked is (1) adding fennel seeds first to the hot oil and(2) adding thin coconut paste, fennel powder and finely ground pepper and finishing with a dollop of ghee with finely chopped coriander leaves. "Adada" what a delicious dish. I prepared this dish yesterday ie 01/07/22. As you said it goes well as a side dish with chapati, rice and Idly and dosa, it does. Everyone in my family loved this dish. Thanks for sharing this wonderful recepe 😋😋 Any more seasonal fruits desserts recepes are welcome.
