Cauliflower steaks! better than meat! Quick, Simple and delicious dinner recipe ! you'll love it !
📌Ingredients :
Cauliflower.
olive oil ( about 5-6 tablespoons).
2 tablespoons of butter (30g).
salt.
black pepper.
1 medium onion.
4 cups of mushrooms (300g).
1 teaspoon garlic powder.
1 teaspoon dried parsley.
3/4 cup of sour cream (200g).
1/4 cup of water (50ml).
100g of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Chopped parsley for garnish (optional ).

Only for Vegetarians.....Vegans do not eat any dairy so the butter, sour cream and cheese would have to go. As a Vegetarian this looks YUM!

I have cooked it today. I am vegan and don't eat sour creame, so i put outmeal milk and starch and got nessessary consistance. It's really delicious and subtle food.

Since when is steak unhealthy? This is in fact very unhealthy compared to a flame grilled steak. Barely any protein and just filled with carbs, unhealthy fats and oils. Please educate yourself.

Itcwas FABULOUS ON TOP of my new york surloin! No baked tater and no mushtooms. Just the two sreak combo. yummy. I widh i could afford it more than 3 times a month but im looking forwatd to it. SPECIAL.
