In our Indian household growing up my mum made this for our family and it was yummy everytime i still make this dish at home with my own twist now and again. Well now atleast I know this meal has a name lol.

Slm Fatima i made cauliflower food on Sunday 😋just a tip if you meat is still taai just add a little ground nutmeg or you can grate a little by using the nutmeg ball😊

Hi Fatima, I have a question could I substitute ground allspice and cinnamon in place of the whole spices, and if so what amounts of each? I live in a small town in Ontario Canada and our shops only have ground spices. I don't order online so won't get whole spices until restrictions lift here.
