I changed my spark plugs and coil still nothing. It goes away then comes back in the morning.

Swapped spark plugs and fuel injectors. Swapped the coils around and still getting misfire on number 3. Could it be a piston damaged or is it probably the wire ?

It could be a mechanical issue, such as a cracked head or cylinder/piston, but that is fairly rare. If the components are good, I would test the wiring.

@@terencejackson3480 blow bye, so could be a piston or burnt valve if it’s not the ignition coil or spark plug

I have P0303 and P0305 code and replaced the fuel injectors but still having trouble with acceleration after 50mph.

Since it is more than one cylinder, I would replace any in-line fuel filters and do a fuel pressure test.

Could be you throttle body.Replace or take off throttle body and clean it especially in the back area once you take it off ..Disconnect battery ground if you proceeded to do so.
