Don't worry jst do detox diet n fasting everything will be fine I also had acne since 6 yrs but now I have clear skin I don't eat junk fried jst eat fruits vegetables salads veg juices avoid dairy completely..... exercise that's it... externally kuch apply krneki bhi jarurat nhi hai....I have noy used any chemicals not even any facewashes...jst wash my face with water n alovera for moisturizer that's it

@@POOJABIRADAR144 I don't even drink or take any of these acne foods and I still have a horrendous amount of acne all over my body and face. To make matters worse I have an extremely high Vitamin D deficiency so now I'll actually have to _take_ dairy foods along with Vit D supplements.

I have oily skin. And whenever I pock my pimples and acnes they end up with red marks. after breakouts too. Have bumps too. So basically I have bumps and red marks. What should I use? Don't recommend any of your vedios. I have watched them all. Don't have that much of ingredients during corona and don't want to buy online.

Don't pop your pimples it can result to more pimples, and also they will leave a mark . Apply some medicines (but always consult a doctor before applying any medicine) and always use a moisturizer(like aloe vera) it is really necessary if you want your pimples to be vanished eat green leafy vegetables and drink 8 glasses of water , wash your face 2 times a day with gram flour and exfoliate your skin once a week.

That may be fungal acne, also known as malassezia folliculitis.... You can use multani mitti regularly for a week with rose watch. Also you can try 2% Ketokonazol anti dandruff shampoo(thrice a week). It will show great results...
