After the money was stolen, the mothers should've worked together to get the truth out of their children and discipline them accordingly. Instead, they acted like children themselves, allowing the situation to escalate. @@Pursuepeace0715 Just a tiny nitpick, but I think you mean muay thai and not Maui tai. (I looked it up because I was curious, since Maui is an island in Hawaii and I live in Hawaii.) Ms. Negron showed who she was at the end with the nasty comments which showed her arrogance and her inability to take a parenting lesson from a judge who understands teenage female via experience. There's still a hope for daughter, who seemed to give a sincere, unscripted apology, although Judge Milian was not impressed by her remorse statement. Overall, this was a crazy case with twists and turns on the truth, which made it very interesting.

I had an overweight neighbour as a friend as a child. One day I saw her kick her underweight help girl so hard in her face that she broke her upper jaw and the poor girl had to get stitches and got disfigured for life. Thats when I decided to severe all ties with her. When someone is so much heavier than you that she can disfigure you for life, best to keep her at arm's length.

The defendant is absolutely despicable for directing those comments toward the plaintiff. She is no better than the woman she is belittling, and the fact that she just stood there and let her daughter pound on the plaintiff's daughter is disgusting. So much for the mothers setting good examples for their children!

Both mothers lack basic values. As the judge said the plaintiff should’ve focused on her kids, teach them about financial responsibilities, take them to the food bank, homeless shelters and show them why money is important for other things than fun. The defendant should’ve stopped that fight but instead her daughter is now a criminal and this may impact her future career and education.

Plaintiff laughed while testimony was being made about her daughter being abused by her and to hear she smashed the phone and the demeanor of the minor plaintiff shows that the defense was likely telling the truth about the marks on her face.......not that a mother should not punish children especially if they steal all the rent but marking up your babies face no matter the reason is criminal and disgusting. This is why the police had her go to grandma's instead of home for two days they knew the situation was volatile obviously the children are out of control but it may be just backlash from how they're being treated

I also think Adriana beat Jayla up because she had a crowd around plus her biggest support (her mom) right next to her, so she wanted to put on a show & “shine” & act like she was the tough one around all those kids. Just sad. Even the judge was getting teary eyed. PARENTS NEED TO DO BETTER‼️

The kids of the plaintiff stole the money from their mother and had the idea to spend it at Walmart. Not only those kids stole but, in my opinion, the plaintiff’s daughter is lying through her teeth just like mommy dearest. The defendant’s is guilty by complaisance and association. Both ‘mothers’ are NOT role models for their daughters. The judge is ABSOLUTELY RIGHT!! That whole pathetic situation was ALL ABOUT HE MOTHERS!!!

Deplorable. The disgust is very real. I'm a young mother of a daughter and I taught her from day 1 morals, having a conscious, and just being a decent human being means if you see something you say something! I cannot imagine as a mother standing there, while video is being taken watching another child get beat up on like this. I certainly can't fathom being present as a mother egging on the aggressor a.k.a. my daughter! Who does that?!? Absolutely disgusting. Her DNA does NOT need to go any further for humanity's sake 😳
