This is so true the power of praise to god is so powerfull. Its the key to so many things besides bringing positive energy into your spirit and clearing away negative energy it increase your authority and power in the spiritual realm .

Norma Rutledge, please believe that God loves you passionately and He is busying Himself about your every step, as God told us in Psalms 139. Please take God's hand one day at a time and worship Him, and receive His strength and life. I pray out loud Psalms 91 through Psalms 150 as much as I can every day to fight depression and anxiety. It works! Also, I believe strongly that we are only a short term away from a massive healing revival , beginning this year and continuing for several years. Look up, Norma, beloved child of God! Restoration and healing and love and wisdom are making their way to you. You can build a landing strip in your own life for them to arrive on with worshiping God. Norma, I understand well how loneliness and sadness make the phone seem like a good distraction. I believe that God is mostly interested in having a relationship with us so that He can be our best friend. He can then lead us to safe, Happy trails in this perilous world and interact with us with love and kindness and cheerfulness. That is why He says in Isaiah that He will keep us in perfect peace if our mind is stayed, resting and turned to Him. In Psalms 16: 8 , David says, I have set the Lord always before me; Because He is at. my right hand, I shall not be moved. And following that, in verse 11, David says: You will show me the path of life; In your Presence is fullness of JOY; At Your right hand are PLEASURES forever more. I have great trouble accepting that I am accepted in the Beloved, as Paul wrote in Ephesians. I have great difficulty feeling worthy of God's attention and notice. David wrote in Psalms that he was also affected by feeling uncomfortable with God's love, saying, Who am I that You should take notice of me? I guess that everyone feels like this to a greater or lesser degree. God is perfect and Almighty and I am so not perfect or mighty. I struggle with bitterness and shame and rage 😪and more. BUT God has called me to be His beloved child. He is perpetually and relentlessly pursuing me to know Him and attend to His Word, sometimes by subtle small things and sometimes more special big things. HIS MIND IS STAYED ON ME, BUSYING HIMSELF ABOUT MY EVERY STEP! Just because that is the kind of Person He is! He is a family man, a focused Father, who is attached to me by His Spirit living inside me forever, who has caused me to be born again of HIS INCORRUPTABLE SEED just because I said when I was 9 years old, Yes, Jesus, I choose you to be my God. He was willing to save me, He was wanting to save me, He was waiting to save me only until I said YES to Him. Then He made me A NEW CREATURE. A worthy creature, that He was delighted to have in his household. As Brother Phil said in the video, He has done all these good things and written the Bible and established His Blood Covenant entirely for my benefit and your benefit, Norma. Because He desires passionately and is completely committed to have for Himself a big love-much bunch of a fun-filled family! So; I have decided to gently choose to remember something about His love when my phone distracts me from worship and praise and Thanksgiving. The Psalms 16 verses are my favorites and have been the most useful for me all my life. I am choosing more often to remember that I can always behold the Lord always before me and not be moved by circumstances, because He really truly IS always there! He chooses to be always there! How strange and wonderful! Not to condemn me and make my life a drudgery of unpleasant duties and should-do things. But He is intensely interested in establishing a relationship with me so I come to Him when I am weary and heavy laden and He wants to give me rest. He wants to inhabit my praises with His loving Presence and establish me in His gift of righteousness and worthiness to me so I can accept and love myself and Him and others. And then I can feel that my life has meaning and purpose and then I can know my God and do adventurous exploits, as He promised in the book of Daniel. Norma, as you and I wait upon the Lord, just simply talk to God, tell Him what He knows, that being distracted and entertained online seems to be more appealing than spending time with Him, laboring to enter His rest. Every time that I use just the small amount of energy that it takes to tell God that, He always meets me there and helps me to turn my eyes and heart to him and begin to thank Him and talk with Him and then pray and praise and worship Him. He says in His word that, A bruised Reed I won't throw away (though others would see it as useless) and a smoking flax I won't put out ( a guttering dying candle wick type of struggling child I won't abandon or reject). Norma, sometimes all I can say to God is "Have mercy on me. " sometimes all I can manage is to groan toward Him. He takes my little strength and lifts me up and helps me then. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Norma, Jesus loves you and I love you!

Norma, it helps me a lot somehow if I write a letter to God and tell about all my troubles and mistakes and fears. Simply honest bare facts. I always wind up feeling His Presence and comfort. I try to begin my letter with anything that I can at all honestly thank Him for in my life. That seems to help me open up to Him

I was 21 yrs old when reading the Word and the melody came ..as it does most of the time. God allowed me to do everything I wanted to do... most was in His permissive Will not His perfect Will. I worked hard and failed. He told me to sing praises to His Name. Finally, I started recording piano I have yet to sing for Him. Landlord had me bound for a year. I have 1 neighbor above me now. I will talk to him to see what time will not bother him if I sing praises to God. I got to sing praises to God.
