most common cause of CST in children is acute sinusitis or danger area of face infections..teeth infection is not a common cause of CST in children...if it is, infection from dental abscess related to any upper teeth could lead to CST

Sir in sepsis sign if hypotension is there then howcome tachycardia ?

tachycardia is fast heart beat...that means heart chambers not allowed to completely filled with blood....that means there is decreased cardiac output..that means less blood in the vesssel leading to hypotension
