Think it's because it's All original content, like how you can upload a full episode of your favorite show or song as long as you distort it a bit. (Ex. Making the screen smaller, editing parts of the song, adding flashing colors) Like it's Cayde 6 but he's playing TF2 on MODDED servers and all kinds of other shit is goin on so, I don't think copyrighting is an option here.
