They should have spent the money to upgrade the Philippine military or build a secure & livable islands in the west Philippine Sea just like what vietnam did on their islands. Spending billions for majority of lousy, corrupt & funky senators is absurd!

Who instigated to build that white elephant of a building..due to the senators war over that flashy expensive building, the people are asking can it help the senators to grow brains and respectability when housed there!?😅😢
