Back at Oulton Park for the first time since the start of 2020.
One of my favourite tracks of all - Techincal, with lots of gradient change and NO RUN OFF - made extra challenging by the wet conditions in the AM. However we were blessed with glorious autumn sunshine which allow the track to mostly dry up for some faster runs in the PM. Track temps were still cooler than ideal but plenty of fun to be had - playing with some bigger fish! Ultimately happy with the consistency - able to pull out 2 almost identical lap times albeit with some slight compromise for track and safety. Data logger say there was a theoretical best of 1m56.2..for the day, not bad for such a long lay off. More to come.....
