Well the original has some weird melodies and already quite metal bass lines

it seems calm in the game cause it's weirdly quiet, if you turn up the volume you'll notice how metal it actually is (love the drum beat especially) and tolkuton is right about the bass ^^ actually this is damn close to the original when it comes to the structure

Yes those are well known Finnish metal bands which are labeled as power metal. And what they have in common is the melodiousness (which power metal tends to have). There are also many more Finnish melodic well known metal bands like Amorphis and Wintersun and of course Nightwish (sometimes labeled as power metal) and Children of Bodom. They are different but has that melodiousness. And there are well known metal bands which especially have this kind of native folk/pagan/heroic theme like Ensiferum, Korpiklaani, Turisas, Finntroll and Moonsorrow. They are labeled as Folk or Pagan Metal and one of their key musical element is the same melodiousness. Finnish melodiousness also tends to be quite melancholic as it is also said to be in Finnish characteristics. With this all said, wait until you hear my original music... SorrowSpirit! (wow that sounded like a commercial)
