What a wonderful video! Shawn Adler did an excellent job at explaining the etiquette of foraging, cultural traditions associated with foraging the land, and then preparing an amazing syrup with the gathered wild ginger. Looking forward to more episodes like this!

Fiddle heads, morals, wild ginger all grow wild on my property. I'm sure there are other medicinal plants surrounding me but I don't know what I'd be looking for. I have 3 acres nestled in a boreal forest.
