I'm not so sure about that,...the charismatic people have made a mockery of God in many ways, babbling with thier tongues, flailing, acting bizarre etc...etc ...etc...what do the believers expect...they are bringing fire down upon themselves. I know many missionaries who dont act like this and are truly persecuted for just their belief in one God ...like in India...because they help the lepers, feed the poor and preach christ crucified and of the resurrection.. they dont babble , ask for tons of money, fly in lear jets ,wear fancy suits or have nice homes. In the UK there's an association called Christian Concern who are extremely VOCAL and speak up for Christians and they are making a HUGE difference. A Christian nurse who was recently sacked from her job for preaching Christ to her patients returned back to work because this association fought the case in court on her behalf. I am single handedly speaking up against Halloween at my child's school and we resist and don't allow him to participate in any school activity with Halloween and I am making a difference with the Lord's help.
